“Give, and (gifts) will be given to you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will they pour into (the pouch formed by) the bosom (of your robe and used as a bag). For with the measure you deal out (with the measure you use when you confer benefits on others), it will be measure back to you.”
"So be patient, brethren, (as you wait) till the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits expectantly for the precious harvest from the land. (See how) he keeps up his patient (vigil) over it until it receives the early and late rains."
“And my tongue shall talk of your righteousness, rightness and justice, and of (my reasons for) Your praise all the day long.”
“But instead warn (admonish, urge and encourage) one another every day, as long as it is called Today, that none of you may be hardened (into settled rebellion) by the deceitfulness of sin (by the fraudulence, the stratagem, the trickery which the delusive glamour of his sin may play on him).”
“ So that your deeds of charity may be in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly."
