(A)OCFI LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE
The Church has four broad structures as follows:
- The Trustees: The highest decision making body of the Church, made up of appointed Trustees of the Church.
- The Pastorate: This is made up of the Pastoral Council (General Overseer /Founder and his Deputy) and the selected Pastors /ministers by the Founder.
- The Advisory Board: This is comprising of the selected ministers, Deacons and Deaconesses advising the Pastorate on the daily running of the Church.
- The General Council: This is made up of brethren who are charged with the responsibility of overseeing specific ministries in the Church.
- The Church in Conference: This is made up of all registered and baptized members of the Church who are tithe givers and who have the rights to vote during the Annual General Meeting.
(B) PASTOR MIKE ILELADEWA’S PROFILE:
JEREMIAH 1 :5 – ” Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you; before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations”.
Pastor Mike Ileladewa had his humble upbringing from a Christian family in the Western part of Nigeria in West Africa.
His childhood spiritual experience with God is in the area of warfare and intercession; always reading and searching the Word of God diligently like the Berean Christians; gathering other youth members in the church to engage in spiritual warfare and intercession for the individuals, churches, communities and nations. These were all followed up with signs and wonders.
He joined Full Gospel Businessmen Fellowship International in 1984 where God spoke to him directly of the spiritual task before him in life. His secular professional trainings in health and social care field was chosen by God as part of his preparation for his divine call and to care pastorally for others in life.
The call of God to Pastor Mike was confirmed in the following year when he was told by the elders of his local church that God had appointed him to be the leader of the four thousand (4000) strong members of the youth branch of his church. Many souls were saved through his teaching and preaching the Word of God, prayer, counselling, helping and motivating others. Healing and deliverance services were with signs and wonders. National conferences, crusades and management trainings organised for the youths and elders in the church were carried out through the leading of the Holy Spirit.
He got married to Pastor Christianah and they are blessed with two wonderful children.
The work of God continued in Jamaica while on International diplomatic assignment; participating, attending and organising conferences, crusades and missionary visitations to most of the parishes in Jamaica with the General Overseer Bishop Nepaul of Born Again Church of Jesus Christ (Apostolic) in Westmoreland, Jamaica.
Pastor Mike eventually moved down to Britain in 1997 and worked as a manager at the NHS Hospitals and later as a University don at Thames Valley University in London.
As a result of the anointing of God upon his life, he was made Deacon while worshipping with Four Square Gospel Church in London and also became a member of the United Kingdom Board of Management of the Mountains of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM) in 2001 where he also had his ministerial trainings under the MFM general overseer – Dr. D.K. Olukoya.
God asked his family to move down to Plymouth from London in 2005 for the assignment given to him by God in the year 1984 which was the peak of the call of God upon his life to serve God and humanity.
Pastor Mike is grateful firstly to God for His calling upon his life ; then to the Board of Trustees, the Advisory Board, and all the members of the Overcomers Christian Fellowship International Plymouth (The More Than Conquerors’ Family) for their commitments, love of God, and active participation for sharing the God’s vision with Pastor Mike in the vineyard of God.
